     The report analyzed the current situation of rural land circulation in Jiangxi province from the speed of rural land circulation and the cognitive aspects of peasant household etc. on the basis of going to the basic level deeply and investigated in every way. It also found the restriction factors of rural land circulation in Jiangxi province from six aspects: the farmer’s feelings of loving the land was good and scale operation was affected, the land circulation period was short and the industrialization development was restricted, the style of policy implementation was laid behind and circulation efficiency was difficult to achieve, security system was not imperfect and land circulation was affected, the risk of agricultural management was big and the land compensation system was deficiency and the both side of land circulation was awkward, financial system was not sound and both sides of circulation were hard to financing. According to the above restriction factors, the report put forward some suggestions for boosting rural land circulation steadily such as strengthen the policy propaganda, explicit the principal means and importance of land circulation, complete the market system of land circulation, eliminate the worries of land circulation and complete the finance service system etc. . 
     The report brought the provincial party committee NongGongbu and the provincial agriculture department to attention. They suggested that they would absorb the advises in the report actively in the future working days. The provincial party committee NongGongbu showed that they would explore and guide various forms of land circulation actively from speeding up the development of the new type of agricultural management, strengthening support measures and strengthening service management etc.. They also said that they should innovate the working mechanism continuously and propel the land circulation orderly.
