The proportion of teachers with senior titles reaches 56.45%, and the proportion of doctorates reaches 91.93%. More than 60% of the existing faculty with doctorates received their doctorates in 985 universities. 5 teachers received their doctorates in the United States, Australia and Singapore, and 2 teachers received their doctorates jointly trained by China Scholarship Council and the United States.
